Cannot Access Your Account Email
Losing access to your Audeus login email address can prevent you from logging in, resetting your password, or receiving billing receipts. This typically happens if you made a typo during signup or checkout, or if your school or company email inbox has been deactivated.
For security reasons, changing your account login email address requires identity verification to protect your documents and billing profile.
Deactivated or Typos in Your Account Email Address
- Sign-Up Typos: If you typed your email address incorrectly during registration, you will not receive order receipts or verification links, and you will be unable to sign back in if you log out.
- Deactivated Inboxes: If your university or work email account is deactivated after graduation or a change in employment, you will lose the ability to receive password reset links.
Security and Identity Verification Requirements
To protect your personal library files and billing details, Audeus support must verify that you are the owner of the account before we can update your login credentials.
How we verify your account depends on where you purchased your subscription:
- Purchased on Audeus Website: We can verify your account using the billing details from your credit card statement or Stripe invoice.
- Purchased on Google Play Store: We can verify your account if you provide the Google Play Order Number (found in your Google Play email receipt, usually starting with GPA. or SOP., e.g., GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567).
- Purchased on Apple App Store: Due to limitations of Apple's payment system, we are unable to verify your account ownership or update account emails for App Store purchases. If you are locked out, you must manage or cancel your subscription directly in your Apple ID settings.
How to Request an Account Email Change

Scenario 1: You are still logged into your Audeus account
If you are still signed in to Audeus on a device, submitting the contact form automatically verifies your account ownership.

Scenario 2: You are NOT logged into your account
If you are logged out and cannot access your registered email address, our support team must verify your ownership before we can make any changes.
If you never subscribed to Audeus Pro:
Because we do not store billing or payment details for free accounts, we cannot verify ownership of a Free account if you are logged out and cannot access the registered email address. In this case, we recommend creating a new Free account using your active email address.
If you have a paid Audeus Pro subscription:
We can verify your ownership using your website billing history or Google Play Store receipt. Note that if you subscribed via the Apple App Store, we cannot update your login email address, and you must manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
