How to View Your Current Plan Status
To verify your subscription plan status, check your auto-renewal status, or view your next renewal date, follow these steps:
- Log into your account on the Web Reader or open the mobile app.
- Select your profile icon or settings icon in the navigation bar.
- Click on the Subscription or Billing tab.
- Review your active plan details (Free or Pro) and check when your subscription is scheduled to renew or end.
How to Upgrade to Audeus Pro
Upgrading is instant and unlocks Pro features across all synced devices immediately:
Upgrading on the Web
- Go to the Subscription tab in your Account Settings.
- Click the Upgrade to Pro button (or click Try Pro).
- Choose either the Monthly billing cycle or the discounted Annual billing cycle.
- Enter your credit card or payment details securely through our billing screen. If you need to update this later, read our guide on Updating Your Payment Method.
- Once payment is confirmed, your account status is updated to Pro.
Upgrading on iOS and Android Mobile Devices
- Open the Audeus mobile app and navigate to settings.
- Select the option to upgrade to Audeus Pro.
- Complete the purchase securely using your Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing account.
- Once completed, your Pro status is instantly active on your mobile app and web browser.
Frequently Asked Questions
If I upgrade on my phone, does it unlock the web reader too? Yes! Your Audeus Pro subscription is tied to your account email. Upgrading on iOS, Android, or the Web will unlock Pro features across all platforms instantly as long as you log in with the exact same email address.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription purchased on my mobile phone? Subscriptions purchased through the iOS or Android mobile apps are managed directly by Apple or Google. To update payment methods or cancel your plan, you must open the subscription settings inside your App Store or Google Play account. Web-based subscriptions are managed directly through the Audeus billing portal.
Can I switch from a monthly to an annual plan? Yes, absolutely! You can change your billing cycle from monthly to annual at any time from your Account Settings. If you subscribed on the web, our billing portal will adjust your payment to reflect the change. If you subscribed on mobile, you can change your billing cycle in your device subscription settings.

What happens to my document library if I cancel my subscription? If you choose to cancel your Pro plan, your uploaded documents, notes, and highlights will remain securely stored in your personal library. Your account will simply revert to the Free plan, and standard credit caps will apply to your listening and chat sessions.
